However, client must try to resolve his complaint with the Member first.<\/h5>\n&nbsp;\n<ul>\n \t<li>Member has 5 days to acknowledge the client complaint was received and 14 days to answer the complaint through the Member\u2019s Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) procedure.<\/li>\n \t<li>Client can file a complaint to Financial Commission only if he is not satisfied with Member\u2019s decision or decision wasn\u2019t made within 14 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b64eeb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2b64eeb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">02<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f282545 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f282545\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Investigation Phase<\/h4><\/br>\n<h5 class=\"fc-drp-special\">The Financial Commission will investigate the grounds of the complaint and verify its validity within 5 business days.<\/h5>\n&nbsp;\n<ul>\n \t<li>Head of DRC will contact the client and the Member within 5 business days to obtain all necessary information and see if there is a chance to settle the complaint during investigation phase.<\/li>\n \t<li>If no settlement opportunity during the Investigation phase, complaint will go to the Determination Phase and the DRC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-49d7ba9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"49d7ba9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">03<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-251576b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"251576b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Determination Phase<\/h4><\/br>\n<h5 class=\"fc-drp-special\">Based on the documents and information that was collected during Determination Phase, the DRC will make a decision on the complaint.<\/h5>\n&nbsp;\n<ul>\n \t<li>If additional information is needed, DRC will request such information from the client or Member. Requested party must answer within 7 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a4c96eb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a4c96eb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">04<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-70927a0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"70927a0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Awards and Orders<\/h4>\n&nbsp;\n<h5 class=\"fc-drp-special\">DRC decisions are binding on Brokers. DRC decisions are binding on clients only if they accept them.<\/h5>\n&nbsp;\n<ul>\n \t<li>If complainant agrees with DRC\u2019s decision, he\u2019ll need to accept it within 14 days. If the Client does not respond to the DRC\u2019s decision within 14 days the complaint is considered closed<\/li>\n \t<li>Member must award the settlement within 28 days of when the decision was reached.<\/li>\n \t<li>If the decision was in favor of the Member, the client must provide a release for the member within 7 days of when the decision was made and the complaint is considered
